"Who's Your "Friend"?" Sweepstakes Rules ("Sweepstakes")
Winner will receive one (1) dozen Pinnacle Platinum Feel golf balls and one (1) dozen Pinnacle Platinum Distance golf balls (both dozens are referred to as a “Daily Prize,” and collectively, the “Daily Prizes”). A Daily Prize will be awarded each day for sixty (60) days. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize is twenty two dollars ($22.00). The total ARV of the Daily Prizes is two thousand six hundred forty dollars ($2,640.00). Daily Prizes are non-transferable, and no Daily Prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. Pinnacle reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured Daily Prize become unavailable. All taxes on any prizes are the responsibility of the winners. |

A. Grand Prize: (1) One Grand Prize package (the "Grand Prize") consisting of Round trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the nearest major airport of the winner's residence to Las Vegas Nevada; four (4) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Casablanca Hotel in Mesquite, NV; two (2) rounds of golf for two (2) persons including greens fees, cart rental for the two (2) rounds; reimbursement of meals up to $500 total included; mid size rental car for duration; two tickets to the 2008 World RE/MAX Long Drive Championship in Mesquite, NV. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), of the Grand Prize package is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500). Airport transfers, taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Actual value of trip depends on exact resort accommodations, point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Guest accompanying winner must sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel. If winner's guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents and travel with minor on trip. Pinnacle Platinum Dozen-a-Day Sweepstakes Rules ("Sweepstakes")
Winner shall have the choice of one (1) dozen Pinnacle Platinum Feel golf balls or one (1) dozen Pinnacle Platinum Distance golf balls (each dozen is referred to as a “Daily Prize,” and collectively, the “Daily Prizes”). Each entrant shall choose either Pinnacle Platinum Feel or Pinnacle Platinum Distance upon registration at "http://www.pinnaclegolf.com/contests/pinnacle_Platinum0907.asp" and shall be prohibited from changing such choice upon or after receiving notification pursuant to paragraph 6 above. A Daily Prize will be awarded each day for ninety-two (92) days. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize is twenty four dollars ($24.00). The total ARV of the Daily Prizes is two thousand two hundred and eight dollars ($2,208.00).
